The water treatment diaphragm pump, also known as the aluminum alloy pneumatic diaphragm pump, is characterized by its simple structure and minimal number of wearing parts. Its design allows for easy installation and maintenance. Unlike other pump types, the diaphragm pump ensures that the conveyed medium does not come into contact with moving components such as valves and linkages. Consequently, the wear and tear experienced by rotors, pistons, gears, blades, and other parts gradually reduces its performance over time.

The pump chamber is full of air pressure when working, so make sure that the bolts are firmly connected. After reassembly, the bolts must be properly installed and tightened.
Before installation, carefully check whether bolts and gaskets are loose. If yes, tighten them again to prevent leakage
If the liquid is toxic or corrosive, it must be cleaned before being disassembled.
