Products Fault and Solution

Abnormal pressure	The pressure is insufficient or too high	Check the oil quantity of the make-up valve, check the feeding condition and make sure that the feed valve is normal, check whether the pressure regulating valve is out of order, and overhaul the pressure gauge; if the pressure drops, check whether the pump body has leakage and whether the diaphragm is damaged, and repair or replace the new parts as required.
Abnormal flow	Insufficient flow	Check whether there is leakage in the feed and discharge valve, whether the diaphragm is damaged, whether the rotation speed is too slow and whether the adjustment fails.
Leakage occurs	Check whether the gasket and seal ring are damaged and loose	Adjust or replace new parts as required
The pump starts normally but no liquid flows out	Reduce the pump speed and let the liquid flow into the liquid chamber	Check the cavitation phenomenon of the pump; check whether the valve ball is stuck, or whether the operating fluid conflicts with the elastic body of the pump; check whether the interface of the inlet is loose
